Fisayo Fakinlede is an emerging scholar and second-year Ph.D. student in Information Systems and Business Analytics at Iowa State University. Identifying as a behavioral Information Systems (IS) researcher, Fisayo is currently focused on the intersection of human behavior and advanced digital systems.

Research Focus and Methodology

Fisayo’s research primarily examines how digital technologies—specifically artificial intelligence (AI)—shape employee cognition, behavior, and well-being within organizational settings.
