Maruping built his academic foundation at the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he completed a trifecta of degrees:

  • Ph.D. in Information Systems
  • B.S. in Information Systems
  • B.S. in International Business

Prior to joining Georgia State University, he held faculty positions at the University of Arkansas and the University of Louisville, experiences that contributed to his diverse perspective on academic research and mentorship.
